CHINCOTEAGUE — Ben Alder and Chris Davis, both Senior Advisors with Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury, are pleased to announce the sale of the Anchor Inn in Chincoteague. The waterfront hotel located at 3791 South Main Street has 22 rooms and a marina.

The hotel sold for $1,350,000 and is pending a full redevelopment with the addition of adjacent acreage which will settle in early 2015. “In addition to the other two hotels that have been redeveloped on the Bayfront, this will be another great asset for the town of Chincoteague,” stated Chris Davis.
