PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held on Ordinances 26-05, 26-06 and 26-07 on October 19, 2026, at 6:00pm at the Harrington Public Library, 101 Little Mastens Corner Rd, Harrington, Delaware. Ordinance 26-05 amends article VI - Enforcement of the Code of the City of Harrington. Ordinance 26-06 amends Article III - Requirements in all special flood hazard areas. Ordinance 26-07 amends Chapter 255 - Manufactured Home Licenses.
