Code 1102 NATURAL MINOR PERMIT APPLICATIONS Notice has been given that: Preston of Wilmington requests an Auto Body Permit to construct or operate an Auto Body Shop that conducts any or all of the following: collision repair, vehicle painting, paint stripping or sanding, body work, antique restoration, and student training in any of these areas at their 4800 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, New Castle County facility. The Auto Body Shop will be permitted to emit less than a combined total of 25 tons per year of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and less than a combined total of 25 tons per year of heavy metal Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) by Permit# APC-2027/0004-C/O. The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at https://de.gov/dnrecnotices.
