CAMBRIDGE — An informational meeting will be held this Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at Waugh Chapel on High Street for anyone interested in leasing a garden bed from the Community Garden at Waugh Chapel. The beds lease for $5 per season. They are approximately 12ft x 4ft and will grow a large variety of plants.

No gardening experience is needed. A representative from the Dorchester Master Gardeners will be available throughout the gardening season to assist you and answer any questions you may have. Anyone interested in leasing a bed may attend the informational meeting or contact the Rev. Emanuel Johnson at 410-829-0051 or at eljohn0323@aol.com.

In addition, the Community Garden is expanding from 25 to 50 beds this Saturday. Everyone is welcome to assist in this building project. The build will begin at 8:30. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
