HEBRON - Wanda J. Spence died Saturday, May 21, 2016, at her home. Born in Jay, Maine, she was the daughter of Marion J. and Thomas Joudrey. She worked as a Dietary Aide at Salisbury Nursing Home and worked at several hotels in the Salisbury area. She attended Cross Pointe Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by three children, Juanita J. Chatham, Sheldon Scott Davenport, II, and Arthur "Artie" A. Davenport; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Alvin Laurie and Orrin Dale Joudrey; three stepsons; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Sheldon S. Davenport, I; and her second husband, Johnny H. Spence, Sr. A Celebration of Life service was held on Friday, May 27, 2016, at Cross Pointe Church of the Nazarene in Salisbury. Arrangements are in the care of Bounds Funeral Home in Salisbury.
