CAMBRIDGE — The Cambridge-South Dorchester High School Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2019 has been named. Included are relatively recent graduates, some from decades ago, and “pioneers,” those who went to area high schools before Cambridge-South Dorchester was built.
The celebration will begin at the next home football game.
“The Hall of Fame Committee and school plan to celebrate the Class of 2019 with two events,” a statement from C-SD Athletic Director Kareem Otey said. “First, all HOF Class of 2019 Members will be recognized during halftime festivities of the Friday, October 4, football game at C-SD. Game time is 6:30 p.m. Second, the official Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner will be held Oct. 6, at 4 p.m. at the American Legion Post 91 in Cambridge.”
