At the Nov. 1 meeting of the Dorchester County Council, Councilman Rick Price announced a 1:30 p.m. Veterans Day ceremony this Friday at the cemetery. A brisk fall wind whips the flags Sunday in front of the chapel at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery - Eastern Shore in Beulah. At the Nov. 1 meeting of the Dorchester County Council, Councilman Rick Price announced a 1:30 p.m. Veterans Day ceremony this Friday at the cemetery.
