IRVINE, Calif. (AP) — Luke Isaak’s 16 points helped UC Irvine open its season Tuesday with a 92-66 victory over Chapman.
Isaak also contributed three steals for the Anteaters. Olivier Rioux scored 13 points and added 12 rebounds. Tama Isaac shot 4 for 8 from the field and 3 for 4 from the free-throw line to finish with 12 points.
Joe Keegan led the Panthers with 20 points. Chapman also got 11 points from Kevin Benson. Daniel Cojocaru added nine points, seven assists and three steals.
