Tracy Tyler has joined the leadership of Cambridge Main Street.

CAMBRIDGE — Cambridge Main Street has recently welcomed Tracy Tyler and Wendy Windsor Ashburn to its leadership team.

Raised in Cambridge, Tracy Tyler is a dynamic and respected business leader who, as CEO of Cambridge International, developed and led the team that built the company into the global leader in metal conveyor belts.

She “retired” in 2017 to harness her passion for coaching and corporate leadership as a consultant. Tracy founded TiLTBusiness Advisors to help companies enhance employee engagement, manage M&A integration and facilitate strategic planning. Leveraging systems and strategies developed over a quarter century, she also Chairs a Vistage CEO peer advisory group comprised of local business leaders that focuses on how to help them realize their professional and personal goals.

Tracy currently serves as Vice Chair for the Perdue School of Business’s Executive Advisory Council at Salisbury University. She is a volunteer for the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education and a member of the Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce Board.

Tracy is passionate about mentoring colleagues and young people. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and playing pickleball.

Wendy Windsor Ashburn was born and raised in Cambridge on Higgins Mill Pond just outside of Linkwood. Having moved to Baltimore for college and later lived in Charles County, always knew she wanted to come home. In preparation for her move back home, she spent summers here with her children Grace and Caroline starting in 2015.

She made her permanent move back to Cambridge in the summer of 2017 and is excited to be involved with Cambridge Main Street to assist in the revitalization of a town she loves.

Wendy is owner of Windsor Association Management partnering with corporations and associations to provide Conference Management Services with a focus on Exhibit & Sponsor Management and Sales. She volunteers with IronmanMD, is a member of the Cambridge YMCA and loves to travel.

Cambridge Mainstreet is happy to have these two exceptional women join our team.
