Death penalty for drug dealers?

UNFAIR: I don’t believe in the death penalty due to my religious beliefs and a strong belief that the death penalty is administered unfairly. I also have strong political beliefs that all of our nation’s attempts to address the opioid crisis have been misguided and highly protective of rich drug pushers, whether legit like big pharma or illigit like rich guys smuggling them in. I couldn’t care less if it was Trump or Obama. Our country is going to move forward faster if in every administration, critics are allowed to speak without the followup argument being what the last president did wrong. Let’s fight opioids and not political parties.

School safety

Where I work, we have a school resource officer. Off-duty police have drop-in privileges to use our weight room anytime, and they do. Also, we have taken steps to make our schools secure, but we don’t post about our active shooter training or facilities upgrades so the students can’t try to circumvent us.

D.C. name calling

SADDENED: Just because one side does it, does not mean the other side should use the same tactics. It saddens me so much. I used to live for great political, respectful debate. When I heard this, I was shocked that Biden would stoop this low. Rise above it and be the bigger person. Personally, in a brawl I don’t think either one of you could beat up the other. You are both too old for this kind of thing.

BAD EXAMPLE: I am praying that someone - male, female, Democrat, Republican, Klingon, I don’t care - will elevate our political conversation above school yard name-calling and threats of personal violence. Plus, this is a terrible example for our young men currently in the school system, as any one of them who beat another student senseless would be expelled for life.
