SHERIDAN, Ark. - Timothy Sterling McDorman Jr., of Sheridan, formerly of Crisfield, Md., died Jan. 7, 2009, as a result of an automobile accident in Sheridan. He was 52. He was born in Crisfield, Md., April 14, 1956, to Timothy Sterling McDorman Sr. and Diane Evans Hinman. Having resided in Arkansas for a number of years with his wife, Lynn and sons, John Wayne, Gabriel and Nathaniel, he was employed by Adairs Plumbing in Sheridan. He is survived by his father, Timothy Sterling McDorman Sr. and his wife Pat; and his mother, Diane E. Hinman. He is also survived by children, Angel Lawson, Dana McDorman, Timothy Nathaniel, Danny, Michael, Marshall, and Timothy S. McDorman III; brothers and sisters, Rene McDorman King, Mina Rae McDorman, Johnny, Jerry and Brent McDorman, the Rev. Timothy J. McDorman, Michelle Hinman Pruitt, Donelle Hinman Hall, Sam and Preston Hinman; grandsons, Caleb, Joshua, Elijah and Noah Lawson, Dylan and Devin McDorman. He was preceded in death by his step-father, William "Slugger" Hinman. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2009, at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. DeHaan Thornton officiating. Burial followed in Orion Cemetery. A Memorial Service has been scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, 2009, at the Crisfield Church of God.
