WILMINGTON, N.C. - Mr. Killman, of Wilmington, , formerly of Charlotte, lost his long and ferocious battle with cancer on August 19, 2010. A celebration of Mr. Killman's life was held at Wrightsville United Methodist Church at 4 Live Oak Dr, Wrightsville Beach on Saturday, August 21, 2010, at 2 p.m. officiated by Pastor Bob Bauman. The family received visitors at Andrews Mortuary Valley Chapel, 4108 S. College Rd. in Wilmington on Friday, August 20, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial followed the church service at Oleander Memorial Gardens officiated by Pastors Fred Killman and Robert Killman.
