CRISFIELD-Richard Thomas McCord formally of Caroline Co, passed away at Peninsula Regional Hospital on Dec 20, 2014 from a short illness. A devoted husband and father, Richard is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy L. McCord; daughters, Tammy Ebling of Ridgely, Stacy Smith of Easton, and Carol Sard of Federalsburg, and one remaining brother, Edward W. Triplett Jr. of Pa. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren; and eight Great-Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother, the late Jeanette Triplett; father, Elmer McCord; and stepfather, Edward W. Triplett, Sr.; a young daughter, Ann Marie McCord; brothers, Michael McCord and Vincent Triplett; and sister, Patricia Griffith, all formerly of Baltimore County, Md. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, January 4th at 2p.m. at Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W. Sunset Ave, Greensboro.
