He was born in Highlandtown on Feb. 17, 1933 and was a son of the late Joseph and Helen Osusky Vrablic. He served with the Merchant Marines during the Korean War. Mr. Vrablic was an iron worker for Local 16 for 30 years and was an avid boat builder and waterman. He was a member of St. Mary Refuge of Sinners Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Kay Greenwood Scott Vrablic; children Danise Kelly, Thomas Vrablic, Sonja Brown; step-daughter, April Adams; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mildred Carlini. Besides his parents, Mr. Vrablic was preceded in death by a son, Raymond "Duke" Theodore Vrablic II; sisters, Helen, Agnes, and Bernice; and brothers, Joseph, Edward, Frank and Andy. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
