$5K reward for vandal info
A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the vandal(s) who damaged the memorial monument for Corpsman Ruiz. “The monument has been restored,” a statement from the Federalsburg Police Department said. “Now let’s get the bad guys.”

Handgun Arrest
On March 20, detectives from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office, Criminal Investigations Division conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle for moving violations in the 23000 block of Saint Michaels Road. Detectives identified the driver as a 27-year-old Cambridge woman and a 36-year-old Lottsburg, Va. man as the front-seat passenger.
Detectives developed probable cause to complete a search of the vehicle, locating a loaded handgun underneath the front passenger seat. Amelia Maxwell and Christopher Maxwell were placed under arrest and transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing and booking.
Amelia Maxwell and Christopher Maxwell were both charged with possession of a loaded handgun in vehicle. Both subjects were released into the custody of the Talbot County Detention Center, where they will be brought before the Talbot County District Court Commissioner’s Office for an initial appearance.

Felony Arrest
On May 1 at approximately 12:36 p.m., members of the Talbot County Drug Task Force assisted by the Easton Police Department SWAT, Talbot County Sheriff’s Office Patrol/K9, and Talbot County Sheriff’s Office CID executed a search and seizure warrant located at 410 South Harrison St.
Entry was made through the rear door by the Easton Police Department SWAT team. Located inside the residence were numerous people.
A thorough search of the residence was conducted which revealed an amount of suspected powdered cocaine, marijuana, a large amount of U.S currency, a handgun, working digital scale, packaging material and evidence of distribution.
Trisha Wright, 39, who has a past criminal history of CDS-related charges and assault, was placed under arrest and was charged with CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute; CDS: Possession–Not Marijuana; Maintaining a Common Nuisance; Firearm possession with felony conviction; Illegal possession of a regulated firearm; Possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime; and Illegal possession of ammunition. She was held without bail in the Talbot County Detention Center.

Daniel Leo Reyes III, who has a past criminal history of CDS-related charges, armed robbery, burglary and arson was placed under arrest and was charged with CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute; CDS: Possession–Not Marijuana; Maintaining a Common Nuisance; Firearm possession with felony conviction; Illegal possession of a regulated firearm; Possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime; and Illegal possession of ammunition. Reyes was held without bail in the Talbot County Detention Center.
Sexual Solicitation of a Minor
In April, the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division initiated an investigation into sexual solicitation of a minor. Detectives learned that a 21-year-old, of no fixed address, befriended a 15-year-old juvenile from Talbot County via social media. He spent several weeks developing a relationship with the juvenile, a statement from the Sheriff’s Office said.

Detectives learned the man allegedly attempted to meet with the juvenile several times for a sexual encounter. Detectives also learned he allegedly solicited nude photographs from the juvenile and sent several obscene photographs to the juvenile.
On April 14, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for the man. On April 22, Jaicerius Marquis Bradley was arrested by the Rock Island Police Department in Rock Island, Illinois and held pending extradition back to Maryland.

On April 28, deputies with the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office traveled to Rock Island and extradited Bradley to Maryland, where the arrest warrant was served. Bradley had an initial appearance before a Talbot County District Court Commissioner and was held without bond.
He was charged with the following criminal charges related to this incident:
• Sexual solicitation of a minor
• Distribution of child pornography
• Possession of child pornography
• Distribution of obscene material
• Possession of obscene material
• Contributing to the condition of a child

Failure to appear
On April 14, deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 29-year-old Denton man. Warrants had been issued by the Talbot County District and Circuit courts, charging him with failing to pay fines and failing to appear in Circuit Court.
David Deandre Woodall turned himself in and was taken to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing and his initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.

Assault
On April 27, deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 35-year-old of Easton man. On April 23, an arrest warrant was issued by Talbot County District Court charging him with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.
Nicholas Joseph Bridges was taken to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing. A District Court Commissioner ordered Bridges held without bond at the Talbot County Detention Center pending a bond review with the District Court.

CDS Arrest
On April 26, detectives from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office, Criminal Investigations Division conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle in the area of Bay Street and St. Marks Place in Easton for the suspicion of impersonating a police officer. Detectives identified the driver as a 28-year-old Frederica, Delaware man.
Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office, Patrol Division and K-9 Unit responded to assist. A K-9 scan was completed on the man’s vehicle by K-9 “Raven” which yielded a positive alert for the presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed heroin and crystal methamphetamine, as well as other controlled dangerous substances and paraphernalia.
Roland Clinton Wainwright Jr. was charged with possession of a CDS with the intent to distribute, possession of CDS, possession of drug admin equipment, paraphernalia and driving a vehicle on highway with visible blue light. He was taken to the Talbot County Central Booking facility where the District Court Commissioner ordered him held at the Talbot County Detention Center without bond.

Intent to distribute
On March 3, deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 43-year-old Easton man. A warrant was issued by the Circuit Court for Talbot County charging Terrell Lamont Ennals with possession of a CDS with the intent to distribute. Ennals was transported to Talbot County Detention Center pending further action by the court.

Extradition
On May 12, deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 29-year-old resident of Marydel, Md. He was incarcerated at the Sussex Correctional Institution in Delaware and waived extradition, agreeing to return to Maryland.
Francis Robert Riddle will now face several traffic charges in District Court stemming from an incident in October of 2019. The charges include speeding, driver giving false and fictitious name to uniformed police, driving without a license, and driving on a suspended out of state license (Delaware). Riddle also faces a criminal charge of fraudulently using personal identifying information to avoid prosecution. Riddle was taken to Talbot County Central booking for further processing. Riddle was later seen by the District Court Commissioner and released on $5,000 unsecured bond.
