Daily, I am reminded that we live in a multicultural and multiracial society with many diversities. No political group or ethnic group should dominate or control the progress of anyone. Ephesians 6:12 (King James Version), “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of the world, against spiritual wickedness in high places”.

Often times, the rulers of government in their appointment process state these words, “we appoint the most qualified persons.” What are the considerations? Education? Community participation? Etc.? What is the process? What is the appointee true contributions to a just society? Ephesians 2:10 (King James Version), “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them”.

Beware of those, especially those in the political realm who say one thing and do another. Peter 3:10 (King James Version), “For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that speak no guile.” James 1:26 (King James Version), “If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain.” Guile is deceitful cunning. Cunning is crafty, sly.

Beware of those political figures that do not acknowledge your written communications to them. Also, those political figures that take your support for granted. Only visiting your communities during the election cycle. We should never, ever allow them to take our support for granted.

Do not allow anyone, especially political figures or those in high places to take our labor in vain. Corinthians 15:58 (King James Version), “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, for as much as ye know that. Your labour is not in vain in the Lord”.

Those in high places need to be reminded, that which they sow, they also shall reap. Galatians 6:7 (King James Version), Be not deceived; God is not mocked; for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” Finally, Galatians 6:8 (King James Version), “For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the spirit shall of the spirit reap life everlasting.” God Bless
