SOUTHPORT, N.C. - Norma Lee Mustard, 80, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2007, in Dothan, Ala. while visiting family.

She was born Oct. 14, 1926, in Cambridge, a daughter of the late Bradford and Edith Louise (Crosby) Fitzhugh.

She was a member of and very active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Surviving are her husband, Ralph Allen Mustard; five daughters: Bonnie C. Canady of Morehead City, N.C., H. Darlene Balser of Waynesboro, Shirley A. Mustard of Southport, N.C., Bambi M. Collins of American Fork, Utah and Sharon R. Brundage of Raleigh, N.C.; a sister, Betty LeCompte of Waldorf; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Allen "Ronnie" Mustard, and a brother, James Bradford Fitzhugh Jr.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2825 Jefferson Lane, Waynesboro, Va., by Bishop Matthew Hoy. Interment will follow in Augusta Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Butch LeCompte, Russell Collins, Curtis Collins, Scott Kennedy, Michael Balser, Nathan Kennedy and James Shekleton.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday, at McDow Funeral Home in Waynesboro.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Missionary Fund, 2825 Jefferson Lane Waynesboro, VA 22980.
