Margaret L. 'Peggy' Richards
CAMBRIDGE - Margaret L. "Peggy" Richards, 52, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at her home.
She was born in Washington, D.C. on April 10, 1956 and was a daughter of the late Howard W. "Chick" and Grace Dion Pyles.
Mrs. Richards attended several schools in Maryland and received her Master's Degree in Biology. She was a writer and published several books and also worked as an independent for several newspapers.
On Sept. 23, 2004 she married Paul R. Richards.
Mrs. Richards enjoyed ceramics and being around her family and friends. She was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ in Cambridge.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Richards of Cambridge; a son, Joel Pautz of California and a sister, Mary McCormick of Ocean Pines.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, at Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Marriottsville with the Rev. Joan Evans officiating.
