SALISBURY - Maceo Trader, 62, formerly of Cambridge, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2007 at the Peninsula Regional Hospital in Salisbury.

He was born Oct. 5, 1944, in Dorchester County, son of the late Lula Allen and Rodger Trader.

He attended schools in Dorchester County and Chester, Pa.

Mr. Trader was the husband of Karen Trader of Chester, Pa.; father of Chervon Trader of North Carolina, Lushelly Trader of Chester, Pa., Latoya Trader, Latisha Trader and Ebony Trader, all of Hurlock; brother of Ned Trader of New Jersey, Freddie Allen of Chester, Pa., Deborah Fletcher of Chester, Pa., Denise Fletcher of Cambridge; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews and special aunts, Mae Thompson and Evelyn Allen, of Cambridge.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Darlene Allen of Chester, Pa. and Sharon Allen.

Services will be held at noon on Saturday at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home in Cambridge with a viewing held one hour prior to the services.
