Children from the Eastern Shore Dance Academy will perform a show with a Harry Potter theme.

CAMBRIDGE — The Eastern Shore Dance Academy, under the direction of Jessica Hindman has selected a group of 27 dancers to perform at Universal Studios in Orlando, Fla. on Nov. 24. The group of dancers ages range from 5 to 18 have been rehearsing since January and have been planning the trip since September 2018.

The show runs 30 minutes long and will be performing a Harry Potter themed show that includes styles such as hip hop, contemporary, ballet, jazz and musical theatre.

In addition to performing the dancers will be taking a workshop with a professional dancer at Universal Studios. The dancers are excited to experience this once in a lifetime opportunity.

The Eastern Shore Dance Academy is located at 3123 Aireys Spur Road in Cambridge. They’re currently in their 16th year in business teaching dancers ages 1 through adult.
