HURLOCK - Lillie Marie Franz, 67, formerly of West Port in Baltimore, passed away Monday, Nov. 13, 2006, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 17, 1939, in Baltimore, daughter of the late Albion G. Hatheway and Grace Marie Weidel Hatheway.
From 1988 to 2000, Mrs. Franz was employed by Sisk Fulfilment.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond J. Franz Jr. of Hurlock; three daughters, Karen L. Lewis of Cambridge, Kathy A. Chin of San Antonio, Texas and Lisa M. Firaben of Nokesville, Va.; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Edna Horn of Baltimore and Darlene Hood of Watsontown, Pa.; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Vivian Leuschner and one brother, Bill Hatheway.
A viewing will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Zeller Funeral Home in East New Market.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Fran Trascritti officiating. Burial will follow in the Maryland Veterans" Cemetery in Beulah.
