Lavessa Waryasz

SALISBURY - Lavessa Jean Waryasz died Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, at the home of her family in Princess Anne. Born in Salisbury, she was a daughter of the late Helen Avis Cousins Figgs Hearn and Earl Edward Figgs.
She grew up in Hebron and attended Mardela High School and the Vo-Tech in Salisbury.
She is survived by her children, Adam Lee Figgs, Maryjo Figgs, Helen Yvonne Figgs, Larry Wayne Waryasz and Heather Marie Figgs; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her siblings, Nancy Romig, Allen Figgs, Roy Figgs, Barry Figgs, Nannie Figgs, Tiffany Fay Figgs, Dakota MeaWood Figgs and William Nathaniel Figgs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant brother; and a brother, Ray Figgs.
A memorial service was held Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, at Nelson United Methodist Church in Hebron. Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Home in Delmar.
