HEBRON - Kathleen Anne Van Buskirk died Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at her home. Born in Troy, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Richard and Anna Bounds Walsh.
She graduated from Catholic Central High School in Troy. Collecting pottery and German Hummel figurines was a favorite hobby.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 60 years, George M. Van Buskirk; her children, George Christopher Van Buskirk of Manheim, Pa., Kathleen Ann Fougeray of Lavergne, Tenn., Mary Van Buskirk of Hebron and Daniel Van Buskirk of Virginia Beach; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Eleanor Outhout, Grace Dillon and Margaret Drewechi; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held Saturday, June 30, 2018, at Hebron Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Home of Delmar.
