PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - John Franklin Renshaw passed away at Tidal Health (Peninsula Regional Medical Center) on March 12, 2022.
Born February 2, 1949, he was the son of the late Phillip (Buck) and Betty (Moore) Renshaw. John worked for various Construction Companies in the area. John was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors.
In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by two sisters, Linnie Susan Mowbray and Cindy Somers; nephew, John Phillip Renshaw; and one stepdaughter, Cathy Layton.
John is survived by his wife, Judy, of Salisbury, Md. He is also survived by a brother, Phillip Renshaw (Pati) of Princess Anne, Md.; children, John (JR) F. Renshaw (Liz), Crystal Lynn Thomas (Jerry) of Federalsburg, Md. He leaves behind three grandchildren, Jaxon Renshaw, Chase Thomas, and Greyson Thomas; two stepdaughters, Denise Dryden and Dawn Rice (Randy); eight step grandchildren; and 13 step-great grandchildren; and cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A viewing was held Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 1 p.m. at Hinman Funeral Home, P.A. of Princess Anne, Md. with a brief service beginning at 1:45 p.m. Interment followed at Grace Episcopal Cemetery in Mt. Vernon.
