Hudson, 81 SALISBURY - Jane Hearthway Hudson formerly of Snow Hill, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. She was born in Snow Hill on May 15, 1933, the daughter of the late W. Edward and Amanda Stevens Hearthway. She graduated from Snow Hill High School and worked for the County Commissioners office of Worcester County before marrying her high school sweetheart, Walt Hudson, in 1953. She was preceded in death by a son, Benjamin W. Hudson. A member of Olivet Christian Church in Snow Hill; she is survived by her husband of 61 years, Walter Benjamin Hudson; a son, James E. Hudson of Richmond; a daughter, Patricia J. Soriano of Ocean City; and three grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held Dec. 17 at Short Funeral Home in Delmar. Interment followed in Snow Hill Christian Cemetery.
