Frances Hoppes

SALISBURY -- Frances M. Hoppes, of Salisbury, Monday, April 12, 2016, on her 103rd birthday. Born in Fruitland she was the daughter of the late Frank and Annie Strush. She is survived by two sons, Michael Hoppes and Gregory Hoppes; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Forest L. Hoppes; son, Jack Hoppes; two daughters, Margaret Zlock and Betty Dechert; two grandchildren, three brothers, and one sister. A funeral service was held Monday, April 18, 2016, at Bounds Funeral Home in Salisbury. Interment followed in Wicomico Memorial Park.
