TYASKIN - Elaine Marie Little died at her home surrounded by her family. Born in New York Mills, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Garmer Johnson and Regina Lehman Johnson. She retired from the U.S. Postal service after 30 years of service and was Postmaster in Nanticoke. She was active in the Westside Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary for more than 50 years. She is survived by her son, Gary E. Zalewski; two daughters, Laura Moore and Nancy Dickerson; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lynn and Richard Johnson; two sisters, Janice Zammiello and Marlene Chrystie; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Arthur J. Little in 2015; and three brothers, Roger, Milton and James Johnson. A funeral service was Saturday, Apr. 8, 2017, at Nanticoke United Methodist. Interment was in Turners Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Bounds Funeral Home in Salisbury.
