E. Lenora Riggin Tyler

CRISFIELD - E. Lenora Riggin Tyler, 85, of Crisfield, died on Friday, July 30, 2010, at the Alice Byrd Tawes Nursing Home in Crisfield. Born in Crisfield, April 6, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Herman Ellis Riggin and Lenora Frances Tyler Riggin. She worked for the former Carvel Hall Cutlery in Crisfield. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church. Surviving is a brother, Gene Riggin of Crisfield; two granddaughters, Keena Tyler Kominski of Clayton, N.C., and Brandy Tyler Holland of Crisfield; four great-grandchildren, Audrey Atkins, Miranda Atkins, Noel Atkins, and Alex Kominski. A son, Ronnie Lee Tyler, died December 8, 2004. Funeral services were 2 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010, at the Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home, Crisfield, where friends called one hour prior to the service. The Rev. Steve Willing officiated. Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to be sent to Tawes Nursing Home, 201 Hall Highway, Crisfield, MD 21817.
