MARDELA SPRINGS - Dorothy "Dotty" Foskey died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2018, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born in Blue Ridge, Ga., she was the daughter of the late William "Bill" and Frankie Hill.
She worked for Peninsula Eye Center for 14 years.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Richard Foskey; two daughters, Amy Daisey and Ashley Lynch; two grandchildren; a sister, Wanda Baker; a brother, John "Billy" Hill; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Janet McCann.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Bounds Funeral Home in Salisbury.
