CAMBRIDGE — The Maryland Department of Health Health reported on Wednesday morning that Dorchester, along with Allegany, are the only two counties in Maryland that have not reported any confirmed cases of the COVID-19 virus.
The Dorchester County Health Department will hold a press conference tomorrow at 10am which will be Live Streamed on the internet. The link for the conference is: https://townhallstreams.com/towns/dorchesterboe
“If anyone has questions about how our county is reacting to this crisis, please feel free to contact them, or feel free to contact me so I can relay these questions to them so they can be addressed at the press conference,” County Council Member Lenny Pfeffer (District 4) said in a statement Wednesday. “Please continue to practice social distancing, common sense hygiene and hand washing! Together, we will get through this!”
