The Dorchester Garden Club presented College Scholarship Awards to two young women from Dorchester County: Kaitlyn Bradley, a student at North Dorchester High School, and SaMara Spriggs, a student at Cambridge-South Dorchester High School.

Ms. Bradley will be attending the University of Delaware and Ms. Spriggs will be attending Morgan State University. 

This year’s DGC scholarship committee included club members Bobbie Rideout and Billie Norton.

“Both Kaitlyn and SaMara have had outstanding academic achievements and are well deserving of these scholarships as they continue on in their studies,” Ms. Rideout said.
