Dorchester education briefs
School tests complete
Testing is now over for the spring, and last week administrators thanked students for their participation, families for ensuring their children were well rested and punctual to school on testing days, and the School Testing Coordinators and their leader, Supervisor of Accountability and Assessment Erin Fitzgerald, for working to make testing season run as smoothly as possible. The coordinators were:

NDMS Summer Academy
Registration information for the North Dorchester Middle School Summer Academy is being mailed to families. They are asked to take note of the following important dates.
June 7 - All devices collected
June 10 - 8th Grade locker clean out and picnic
June 11 - 8th Grade Promotional Ceremony (9 a.m.)
June 14 - Official last day of school students (half day)
June 19 - All county offices closed for Juneteenth
July 8 - Aug. 1 - NDMS Summer Academy

NDHS Spirit Days
Friday Spirit Days remaining at North Dorchester High School are: Twin Day; June 7, Tie Die Day; and June 14, Tropical Day.
Law enforcement careers
