Cambridge Cabaret, presented by the Dorchester Drama Guild will take place at the Dorchester Center for the Arts on July 24 and July 25 at 7:30 p.m. The evening will feature audience favorite, “The Untouchables.” Call 410-228-7782 for tickets.[/caption] The Dorchester Center for the Arts (DCA) will present unique entertainment events throughout the remaining of the summer. These performances will feature local artists, showing the depth of talent in the community. First up, the Dorchester Drama Guild invites audience members to their presentation of “Cambridge Cabaret.” Performances will be July 24 and July 25 at 7:30 p.m. each night. The Dorchester Drama Guild is a program of the Dorchester Center for the Arts. The evening will be filled with comedy, music, story and song, and will feature an audience favorite, The Untouchables. Tickets are now on sale and are $10 for DCA members; $12 for nonmembers. They can be charged by phone by calling 410-228-7782. On Aug. 15 at 5 p.m., Ashley Watkins, flutist, will once again appear in a Gallery Stage performance. Back by popular demand, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Music from James Madison University, and a Master of Music from the University of Akron. She continues to perform as a soloist throughout the community. Tickets for this performance are also $10 for DCA members; $12.00 for nonmembers. “An Evening with Les Rayne” will take place on Sept. 4 at 7:30 p.m. Les Rayne offers different styles of music and the performance will have a variety show format. The event will take place in the Gallery Stage venue. Tickets are $10 for DCA members; $12.00 for nonmembers.
