CAMBRIDGE - Chief Mark Lewis and the Cambridge Police Department hosted their annual National Night Out party at the Cambridge pool on Aug. 8, with a party for the neighborhood kids.
The evening included music from a DJ, prizes, food and more. Approximately 200 people attended the party. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.
National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back an old-time sense of community.
