Dorchester County Council proclaimed April as the Month of the Young Child, at their April 7 meeting. The proclamation gave recognition to Dorchester County Early Childhood Advisory Council and other local organizations affiliated with the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The county proclamation encourages all citizens to make a good investment in early childhood in Dorchester County.
