The Salvation Army of Cambridge was on the spot Thursday on Wood Duck Drive, providing water and comfort to firefighters and others who responded to a house fire. A message from the church thanked all who helped return the canteen to the road: Tony Long, Gina Angelet of Easton Auto Care, LLC, Jeff Hurley of Jess Jr’s & Sons, LLC, Jason Warfield of Mid Shore Graphics, and Lt. Wendy Cooper-Parsons for manning the wheel of the truck.

Hurlock UM Church
It’s Revival Time with our District Superintendent Rev. Elmer Davis! Wear your mask and bring a comfy lawn chair to sit outside of your vehicle or under the tent. Everyone must remain six feet apart.

Faith Baptist Fellowship
Wednesday Bible Study/Prayer at 7 p.m. will feature a study of the Book of Proverbs. Sunday worship is held at 11 a.m. Join in-person and on Facebook LIVE at faithwalking.net. Listen from church parking lot on 88.9 FM.

Church of the Nazarene
Worship time is 10:45 a.m. Sunday school is not meeting at this time. Reverend Richard Prahl, Lead Pastor will be preaching. Reverend Barry Groh will be sharing in song. Communion Sunday. We are abiding by the CDC guidelines. Everyone is welcome! You will also find the service online on Facebook and at cambridgechurch.org.

Old Trinity Church
Old Trinity Church resumed regular Sunday services on Sunday at 11 a.m.

St. Mary Refuge of Sinner
Mass resumed at Refuge of Sinner (Minnette Mills Dick Hall) on Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Congregants are asked to follow health guidelines, including maintaining a distance of six feet from one another, and wearing masks.
The Spanish-language mass is being held at 6 p.m. on Sundays, with the same protocols.
St. Mary Star of the Sea has delayed its reopening until Refuge of Sinners enacts its safety protocols. For information on the parish, visit the new website at stmarycambridgemd.org.

Christ Episcopal
On Sunday at 9 a.m., Eighth Sunday after Pentecost service will be held at Christ Episcopal Church. Mask is required. Temperature will be taken. CDC guidelines are followed.
The Rev. Canon Bernie Schneider, Priest-in-Charge and Deacon Candidate Barbara Coleman will preside.

Zion United Methodist Church
Zion UM Church in Cambridge will continue to hold Sunday “drive in” services in their Glasgow Street parking lot at 10 a.m., until further notice
This service will be held, weather permitting, with the guidelines issued by the Governor’s office. You can bring a lawn chair and sit outside of your vehicle, however there will be continued social distancing with no physical interaction with clergy, staff, or participants in other vehicles.

Immanuel UCC
Immanuel United Church of Christ, 5401 White Hall Road, Cambridge, is offering 10 a.m. worship services in-person or via Zoom.
No Sunday school or child care will be available. Face masks are required and social distancing must be observed. Temperature will be checked upon entering the building. More information is available at immanuelucc.com.
