The Rev. Nathaniel Pierce, trustee of the estate of Grace Holden Ehart presented a $5,000 donation to the ESHC Auxiliary in memory of Grace Holden Ehart and her son, Edward Linksill Ehart. Pictured with Rev. Pierce are ESHC Auxiliary members Faye Phillips, Harriett Pritchett; retired ESHC social worker, Bob Sellers and Jeanne Bromwell, Volunteer Services coordinator. Nazarene Services
On Sunday at 10:45 a.m. the Rev. Richard Prahl pastor will be preaching on Luke 11:1-4, “The Lord’s Prayer; God is Our Guide” Part 4 at Cambridge Church of the Nazarene. Special music will be provided by the Rev. Tim Thompson. The church is located at 97 Sandy Hill Road in Cambridge. The public is invited to all services.

Sister to Sister
Sister to Sister is a women’s ministry of the New Life Christian Church and Ministries. The ministry meets the 2nd Saturday of every month with a themed event for food, fellowship and/or prayer. There is no charge and all are welcome.
Bring a friend and enjoy the fellowship. The church is located at 923 Phillips St., Cambridge. Bishop Weldon M. Johnson is the presiding prelate.

St. Paul’s Sunday School
The Gleaners Class of St. Paul’s UM Church in Cambridge will meet at 9:45 a.m. with Gloria Whaley having the devotions and Dot Bradshaw teaching. The Richardson Men’s Class will meet at the same time with Leon Peters having the devotions and teaching the lesson.

Ladies' Prayer Breakfast
The August Ladies Prayer Breakfast will be held at 8 a.m. on Aug. 17 at First Baptist Church, 501 Glenburn Ave., Cambridge.

Banks Day
Mt. Pleasant UM Church, 4202 Maiden Forest Road, Vienna will be celebrating Banks Day at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 18. The guest preacher is the Rev. Dr. Lena M. Dennis of John Wesley UM Church, Glen Burnie.
A fellowship meal will be held at 2 p.m. The public is invited.

Men and Women
Day Service
On Aug. 25 at 4 p.m. the Building Fund Committee will sponsor a Men and Women Day Service to benefit the Greater Mt. Olive Full Gospel Baptist Church.
The congregation is urged to come out and support the church.

Community Day
Zion Baptist Church, 600 Cross St., Cambridge, presents Community Day from noon to 5 p.m.
There will be free family fun with food, games, fun, a bouncy house and special guest, DJ Randy P. D.O.E. and more.

Deacon/Trustee Day
Zion Baptist Church, 600 Cross St., Cambridge will celebrate its Annual Deacon/Trustee Day on Sept. 22 with two services.
Guest preacher at the 11 a.m. service will be Minister Joseph Wayne Wilson of Zion Baptist.
At 3:30 p.m. Pastor Jamaal Bivens of St. Mary’s Missionary Baptist Church in Princess Anne will bring the message.
The public is invited. A freewill offering will be accepted.

45th anniversary
On Sept. 28 at 5 p.m. the Christian Faith Community Choir will celebrate its 45th Anniversary at the Zion Baptist Church, 600 Cross St., Cambridge.
All choirs, soloists, praise teams and praise dancers are invited to participate. A freewill offering will be accepted.

Wesleyan Activities
