The Chesapeake College MGW Nursing program, for the first time, inducted students into Alpha Delta Nu, the national honor society for associate degree nursing students. Fifteen local  students were inducted into the Gamma Iota Chapter, which was chartered in the Fall of 2014.

To be considered for membership, students must have an overall GPA of 3.0 prior to entering the nursing program, and a 3.0 GPA in all nursing courses. Students must demonstrate professional and integrity at all times, and complete a capstone project.
