HEBRON - Charles Russell Adams died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018, at his daughter's home. Born in Salisbury, he was the son of the late Charles Adams Sr. and Anna Adams Bright. He graduated from Snow Hill High School and entered the U.S. States Army. He was employed as weigh master for Perdue Farms until his retirement, after 32 years of service. He was a member of Delmarva Evangelistic Church in Salisbury for over 40 years, where he served as usher, watchman, and was a member of the Promise Keepers. He is survived by his daughter, Christine Hatton of Hebron; a grandson and step-grandson; and a step-granddaughter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Bobieanna Adams, in 2013. A funeral service was held Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018, at the Delmarva Evangelistic Church in Salisbury. Interment followed at Hebron Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
