The boys were on the Trojans’ home court in Worton, where they wrapped up the Bayside Conference North Division title with a 72-55 win. The Vikings lead their division with a 13-2 record, and have won 14 straight games. The Lady Vikes never had to get out of third gear on Thursday, leading the visitors 24-12 at the half. Though the Trojans at one point in the third quarter trailed by only 7 points, that was as close as they would get. JaZhana Butler led C-SD’s offense with 16 points, followed by senior Paige Bleyer, who had 15. Meanwhile, up in Kent County, Dre Greene had one of his highest-scoring games of the season, racking up 27 points. Today, C-SD boys’ and girls’ varsity teams will be at St. Michaels. Both Saints squads are still looking for their first win of the campaign. Tomorrow, the girls varsity and junior varsity teams head to Easton, game times 4 and 5:30 p.m. The boys’ teams will host the Easton Warriors, game times 5:00 and 6:30 p.m.
