On Friday, March 23, 2018 after a 16 hour investigation, Detectives from the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office have arrested a15 year old male student from the Cambridge-South Dorchester High School for making the bomb threat last night. The suspect and his father are cooperating with the Sheriff’s Office and it appears that the suspect lacked the ability to carry out the threat. The Dorchester County State’s Attorney is involved and the suspect has been charged with Making a Threat of Mass Violence and Disturbing School Activities. He was referred to Juvenile authorities for disposition.
