DELMAR - Betty Lucille Howard Scott, 82, of Delmar, died Thursday, April 23rd, 2015, at Coastal Hospice By the Lake. Born in Marion Station, she was the daughter of the late Robert Paul Howard and Mary Maddox Howard. She was a member of 3C USA Church for the past 12 years. She also served as a 5th grade Sunday School teacher at Delmarva Evangelistic Church for over 30 years. She is survived by three daughters: Beverly Brumbley of Port-au-Prince, Haiti; Bonnie Townsend of Salisbury and Paula Rittenhouse of Delmar; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Edwin Kelly Scott, she was preceded in death by her parents, sister, two brothers and a granddaughter. A celebration of life service was conducted at 3C USA Church, with interment at Wicomico Memorial Park in Salisbury. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
