DCA extends appreciation to Art Camp Angels

Dorchester Center for the Arts thanks the following supporters for being 2014-2015 Art Camp Angels. Funds donated made it possible for some children to attend summer art camps these past two years, which wouldn’t have been possible without these gifts.

• Leslie Bishop

• Martha Keating

• Jeanne Pinault

• Cindy and Jim Reed

• Kathy and Jack Scanlon

• Dave Wallace

DCA extends a special thanks to the Mid-Shore Community Foundation’s Artistic Insights and George B. Todd Funds for the $4,500 in scholarships provided. Thanks to the generosity of the Foundation and these individuals, 55 students received scholarships and were able to participate this summer.

Additional Support Welcome

This fall, DCA is presenting “Afterschool Art Adventure” and is looking for individuals to provide scholarship funds for the six-week session. Support a child’s natural creativity through these visual arts enrichment classes. Just $30 sponsors a child for the entire session.

Contact DCA today at 410-228-7782 to contribute.
