CAMBRIDGE — Open Bible Academy’s 9th Annual Tricky Tray Fundraiser is set for this coming Saturday at Souls Harbor Church of God, 718 Peachblossom Ave. in Cambridge. Said to be one of the premier events of its kind in the area, Open Bible Academy’s Tricky Tray was moved four years ago to a larger facility due to the overwhelming growth it has seen since its beginning in 2006.

The proceeds from this fundraiser are dedicated to Open Bible Academy’s building fund, student education, field trips and sports activities. With items donated by area businesses each year along with cash donations from local supporters, patrons can enjoy the chance to win gift items and door prizes, all for a wonderful cause.

Some of this year’s prizes include an MP3 Player, an X BOX One, Flat Screen TV, PlayStation 4 Bundle, $100 Lowe’s Gift Card, Vera Bradley Bag, 4 box seats at a Delmarva Shorebirds game, Ski Liberty Resort Ski and Snowboard package for two, 2 Adult tickets to Sight and Sound in Lancaster, Pa., Selfie Sticks, Washington Wizards Basketball Tickets, Cord of Firewood, Laser Tag Night for 20 Kids, Adidas Washington Wizards Jacket, with many gift certificates, over 125 prizes with more items arriving daily.

Admission as always is free; tickets to participate in the drawings are $5 for 25 tickets. It’s easy, fun and for a great cause.

Always a Tricky Tray favorite are the famous Open Bible Crab Cakes made with local crab meat, along with baked goods, other foods and refreshments.
