Candidates for Somerset County Fair royalty wanted
PRINCESS ANNE — Contestants are now being accepted for the 2024 Somerset County Fair Miss, Junior Miss, and Little Miss pageants.
Little Miss are ages 4-7 and Junior Miss are ages 9-12 on the day of the pageant which is 7 p.m. Monday, July 22. Miss Somerset County Fair contestants must be 14-18 on the day of the pageant, 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 23.
To be eligible, girls must be either a resident or full-time student in Somerset County, or a member of a Somerset County 4-H club.
The pageants will be held at the Somerset County Civic Center and the 1950’s theme this year is titled “Let’s Go to the Hop.” Lynne Johnson is again the pageant director who can be contacted at 443-523-0282 for an entry form or more information.
Winners will succeed 2023 Fair Queen Ryleigh Sterling, Junior Miss Wynter Lee and Little Miss Kingsley Hope Birckett.
