After 30 years, Seaford's Nanticoke Riverfest has come to an end
Committee cites poor participation, proposes alternative event

While the popular Float-In will continue, after a 30-year run, the Nanticoke Riverfest in Seaford has said goodbye, due to a chronic decline in participation.
