MILFORD — The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce celebrated the opening of the renovated Hampton Inn Milford with a ribbon cutting Thursday.

The ceremony took place during the chamber’s Sunset Business Mixer at the hotel, 100 Lighthouse Estates Drive.

The Hampton Inn sits along Del. 1, making it a convenient destination for travelers.

It recently completed various renovations, including modernized guest rooms, upgraded amenities and enhancements to the common room, the fitness room and the meeting room.

“As a Hampton brand, it is especially important my team lead with their ‘Hamptonality’ (personality),” said Marley Costango, the site’s general manager. “It is our goal in hospitality to make sure our guests enjoy their stays with us, whether that be a family vacation, business trip, sport tournament, in-between building or buying a home, relocating or a special event.

“We strive to ensure our guests have the best experience with us.”

The Hampton Inn is also pet-friendly. And each room includes a microwave, a mini fridge, a 55-inch TV and bulk amenities.

Further, it offers complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi for guests, a heated salt pool, a fitness center with a Peloton bike, a business center that will soon have a Bluetooth printing station and a fully stocked Suite Shop.
