During a farewill celebration held Thursday at Salisbury University, Salisbury Mayor Jake Day holds up a zebra lane-guard bump from Waverly Avenue in Salisbury. The zebra markers have become controversial in the city. City employees signed the marker and presented it to the Mayor because of the public response generated by the bumps.
