SEAFORD — TidalHealth Nanticoke has announced its Team Members of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2022.

Jacqueline Chase of the environmental services group is the winner for Administrative and Support Services. Ms. Chase has been with the facility for 23 years, and patients constantly remark how much they enjoy her presence.

Ian Passwaters of pharmacy is the Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services. A staff pharmacist, he is a role model within the department, often volunteering to work extra shifts, stay late or come in early to cover vacancies. He is always one of the first to learn something new and share it with his teammates, and is instrumental in training new employees.

Kasey Moore of the operating room is an honoree for Nursing Services. Ms. Moore was born at TidalHealth Nanticoke, and her dedication to the organization is evident from her 10 years of perfect attendance. She started her career as a medical surgical nurse, then transferred to the operating room, where she was recently promoted to the role of charge nurse.

Vicki Smith of the Medical Surgical Unit is also a winner for Nursing Services. Her clinical experience is critical not only in day-to-day patient care, but she is also one of the floor’s dedicated preceptors, guiding new nurses on the path to excellence. Her calm, compassionate approach makes for an excellent environment for learning and caring, and her passions for nursing and justice are evident in her advocacy for patients and staff alike.
