Cooler temperatures and riptides at the beaches are on tap for Memorial Day weekend’s unofficial start to summer, and traffic has been increasing along the state’s roads and in the resort areas. Congestion has been reported countless times in beach communities, with everyone jostling for space on the major highways and backroad byways. What’s your hack for dealing with summer traffic in Delaware's coastal areas?
